#ThePitchRoomAfrica is an initiative that rounds up investors, entrepreneurs and ecosystem players in a weekly (Friday) Twitter space conversation.
The rationale is to have entrepreneurs in the more vibrant African ecosystem or look to make an entry exposure to the wider community through conversations and ecosystem insights.
Structure of the space
The first part is the introduction of committee members (made up of investors, seasoned entrepreneurs and ecosystem builders), which is followed by the weekly market insight rundown, finally moving to our feature story, an interview with an ecosystem leader (Entrepreneur, policy maker, Investor etc).
Outcomes
Building Africa’s number 1 knowledge-sharing base in entrepreneurship (Conversation). Also, our match-making model allows impressive entrepreneurs to take part in our monthly open pitch event to get follow on-call from committee members.
Duration
The space runs from 1-2 hours every Friday at 8:00/9:00 PM GMT.

- 60 Min interview with Guest
- Monthly Pitching: 3 min Pitch per startup (up to 5 startups) with follow-on questions of up to 5 min.
